WAITING CHILDREN

There are over 650 children in Minnesota who wait for permanent families.  There are tens of thousands more nationwide.  Children who wait are kids over the age of 15 months or have siblings over the age of 15 months, kids with physical, mental, emotional or behavioral concerns or kids who are at risk for physical, mental, emotional or behavioral disabilities.

Permanent Family Resource Center is looking for families with "real life" experience and realistic expectations who can make room in their heart and home for children with special needs.  Children in this program are living in foster homes or residential facilities and have had their parental right terminated (TPR).  They are legally available for adoption.
